Having sold all the Spec Fishers that we built this winter, in addition to the ones ordered, we are now taking orders for boats to be built. Fisher #26 was just ordered for a mid-August delivery, but Fisher Cat #27 can be available for by late August if ordered now. If you want to choose your color, time is of the essence.

The First Ever Used Fisher Cat in History - Fisher Cat #15 (2009) Aquarius Blue with bootstripe, motor mount , and cover. New, this boat would be over $24,000, so it represents a tremendous value at $20,495 for a boat that has been used fewer than ten times.

This is what our Standard Boat looks like. They come very well-equipped for $14,995 including a smaller version of the EZ Loader trailer pictured. We try to keep at least one boat ahead of orders, but give us a call to check on current availability.

Here's the Newest thing going with us.....the Oak Transom. We've now done two of these. They look great, as you can see. This boat was the first. We built it in November and shipped it to her owner in AUSTRALIA. We have a dozen or so international boats, including three in Italy, but this one went the farthest.

Dark Blue with a white bottom like the two above has been our most popular color combination.

This has been a very popular new color, Stars and Stripes Blue.(Pictured above.)

Our Coolest Wooden Boat: The boat that inspired The Fisher Cat. (Below)

This is essentially a new boat. We sailed it a few times and used it for a couple of shows, so it's like new. It was the design prototype for our 14-foot Fisher Cat. This boat is 12'4" X 6' wide, just like a Beetle Cat, but has different lines, seats, and a bigger cockpit. Most people think it's a bigger boat than it is. It is cedar planked on white oak frames and was exceptionally well-built by master builder, Bill Sauerbrey, and our crew. A truly special boat, looking for a special owner. We will discount it further if we continue to maintain it for the new owner! More boat for less than the cost of a new Beetle. We loved this boat so much that it inspired the Fisher Cat development. I hate to sell it, but we just have too many boats. $16,995

Used Wooden Indian

This a beautiful example of the Indian. You be hard pressed to find another wooden Indian this good. Carvel planked, cedar on white oak built in 1994 by master builder, Eric Dow in Brooklin, ME in. Very well-maintained by original owner and includes a trailer. Located on Long Island. $17,995

2008 Barnstable Cat Boat

Technically a used boat, boat it's new, never used. The sail's never even been out of the bag. Owner took delivery and kept shrink-wrapped for two years. We are brokering this boat which has a number of options. It's #142 and is white, with a Beetle Buff (orange) deck, and green bottom. Ready to go, on the trailer, for $15,500.

Used Beetle Cat - Always maintained by Howard Boats. Major rebuild in recent years. A good deal on a tight, good-looking Beetle Cat - $5,500

Howard Boats Certified Pre-Owned Beetle Cats

These are boats we have gotten through trades or purchases. We go through them and do a complete deck job, replace or refasten any ribs needed, as well as anything else needing attention. These boats are restored to an "as-new" condition. When we're done they're as close to a new Beetle as one can get in a pre-owned boat.

COLLECTIBLE BEETLE CAT:

This boat is rather famous. Was built in 1969 for Jacqueline Kennedy Onasis and shipped to overseas for John F. Kennedy, Jr. and Caroline Kennedy to sail while in Greece. It returned to Hyannis Port in the 1970's where it has been ever since. The boat is shown in its original colors and with its original name and is in very nice condition.
